Big businesses are something we all contribute to regardless of whether or not we want to be identified as a gentrifier. The political clout big businesses have, contribute to a more established firm and have easier (and therefore more) access to funding.

Unfortunately, it drives out smaller businesses as the factors contribute to more profit at a cost of small business profits.
